According to a scooper for Aint it Cool News, David Hasselhoff will no longer be starring in the Weinstein Co’s “Knight Rider” pic.

The scooper says Hasselhoff is going around mentioning that he’s in the film in an attempt to drum up interest. At the moment though, he is not involved – in any capacity.

I really enjoy the part about Hoff saying that he's involved with the film when he's totally not. So, the question is, will Hoff try to bumrush the Knight Rider set on the first day, or does he wait a couple of days?
